‘Redefining Waste to Worth’ (宝, treasure) is more than a factory renovation. It answers the problem of garment waste by building a culture of sustainability and creativity into the space itself.

Following the principles of the circular economy, every material, space and interaction becomes part of a continuous cycle of reuse, regeneration and innovation. Visitors are invited to donate old clothes, and then to reimagine them, working with their own hands to turn textile waste into new furniture and decorative pieces.

The factory becomes a place to learn as much as to make, where waste is understood not as an end but as a resource.

How the space works

  1. Donate.Old garments are collected and sorted on site.
  2. Remake.Workshops where visitors turn textiles into furniture and objects.
  3. Learn. An educational journey through the circular economy of clothing.
